Keith was challenged with the task of restoring heat to my Volkswagon Polo after having driven it around for a good year and a half without a fan! This proved to be a bit of a challenge however Keith and his team worked tirelessly to find a solution and I’m happy to say the last half of winter has been spent driving round in a roasty toasty car! I have entrusted my campervan to Keith now for several times and he always did a great job, be it a Warrant of fitness, new tires and batteries or figuring out where the strange noise came from. He and his team are always friendly and very helpful and I got always the best service from each one of them.

Having recently purchased a new car, I thought I was bound to the selling dealer to get the car serviced to keep my warranty. My problem was that I was unhappy with the level of service and the cost of the service. After talking to Keith at Motorworks about this, he said that providing genuine parts are used, Motorworks could carry out the servicing and retain the warranty. I emailed the main distributor to confirm they were happy with this, which they were and confirmed by email.
 
Keith now looks after my servicing of both of our vehicles, provides great advise and an excellent service at more reasonable rates.
 
It’s like getting franchised dealership service at local garage pricing, you get the best of both worlds

Emma bought her Toyota Starlet in recently because it failed a warrant. 

Emma was like many of our clients and picked up her car after finishing work at 5pm.  That would normally mean she would have had to make a separate visit to VTNZ to have the car re-tested.  She was surprised to find we'd taken the car through for her once we'd got it to WoF standard. 

That's the kind of thing that comes naturally to us because its what we'd want our mechanic to do.  Make it easy.

Thank you for the excellent service I received when I bought my Toyota Starlet in today.

It was much appreciated that you contacted Toyota as you did.  And it was only after I left that I realised you had taken the car back through VTNZ to be retested and it passed.  That was not expected at all and was just fantastic.
